William Monroe Morgan, 26, and Demarko Lavelle Jones, 25, both of Guthrie, were arrested Saturday morning following a search of their home at 520 S. Wentz. According to police reports, officers recovered a one-pound package of marijuana. “A pound is pretty large to find when you go into a house in Guthrie,” Guthrie Police Sergeant Anthony Gibbs said. “There was evidence they had it packaged for transport for evasion of law enforcement.” According to the probably cause affidavit, Morgan, Jones and Kathryn Elizabeth Merritt, 25, Moore, were in the home at the time the search warrant was exe...
