Ray Bryant Stewart, age 58, of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away on January 2, 2022, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ray was born on February 8, 1963, in Guthrie, Oklahoma to Outher Eugene and Mary Ellen (Eitson) Stewart.
Ray lived in Guthrie his entire life and graduated from Guthrie High School in 1981. He attended West Guthrie United Methodist Church. Ray worked as a farmer for many years but also enjoyed tending to his own cattle at home and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his siblings Rodney Stewart and wife Jane of Guthrie, Renee Riebe of Edmond and Ranelle Huston of Edmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Ray was preceded in death by his parents, brother Randy Stewart and infant sister Patricia Ellen Stewart.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at Seward Cemetery with Chaplain Gene Owen officiating. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 3:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. The casket will not be open at anytime.
